Theme of The Game
Wild Wheel, a Push Gaming release, has as a subtitle the words Big Money, and it does seem to have a big focus on all things valuable. It’s a simpler game than many you see right now, its treasure theme bringing things of value to the reels, such as vaults made of gold, briefcases filled with cash, stacks of banknotes, gold bars, gold coins and piggy banks. The game also brings shiny playing cards on the reels, only four of them but they appear often.
This is a slot machine with simple graphics, but of good quality. This translates into symbols that look modern and highly polished, but which have fewer details in them, so it doesn’t end up looking like a big production. Still, for a treasure themed game, one of many, it’s not a bad choice graphics wise.
Developer
Push Gaming is a British company, whose HQ is in London. It’s a small team, with 10+ employees working for it right now, and they’ve been releasing slot machines since 2010. They have about 18 titles released, some of them quite interesting. Look at Humpty Dumpty, Fat Rabbit or the Power Force series, those being some of my favorite slots of theirs.
How To Play It
The game will ask you to cover 20 active bet lines, giving you a screen with a dozen potential values to choose from. The amount can be set to $0.20 at its lowest, or up to $100 when it’s at its highest value. Considering how many lines are covered, this would mean that a maximum of $5 may be spent on a single line.
The game has 5×3 reels, with 15 symbols visible always and 20 bet lines fixed. It’s your standard mobile slot, with wins forming from left to right, 3+ symbols needed. The options are all at the bottom, ranging from paytable access, to audio controls, betting values and Spin.

Special Features
I found the features enjoyable, especially since they’re based on the common ones, but enhanced in different ways.
One of those symbols is going to be the stacked wild, which may occupy up to three positions on the reels. It’s easy to spot, as it has the image of a wheel of fortune with the Wild logo repeated four times on it. The way to use it is standard, since you can have it in new winning combinations as a replacement that allows them to form.
Nudging Wilds is another part of the game that I enjoyed. Get only one or two wilds from the stack visible on the reels, and there will be a nudge that will push the rest of the stack in place, so you basically get the same effect as from an expanding wild at this point.
The Wild Wheel is formed when the middle three columns all get the stacked wilds to appear on them. Thanks to the Nudge feature, they will be moved to cover their reels entirely. A Wild Wheel will form, spinning and giving you a reward. You could get cash prizes, wheel upgrades or free spins. The wheel upgrades take you through three levels in total, each one with better payouts than the last.
The free spins, if activated, have locking reels. Three columns will spin together and show you the same symbols in similar positions.
Maximum Payouts
Your individual wins might not be impressive, going up to $3,000 at most for five symbols in a combo, but the various features that Wild Wheel delivers make the slot an interesting choice.
Summary
Wild Wheel doesn’t have a new theme or innovative graphics, but it makes up for them with great features.
