Theme of The Game
From Play n Go, we’re getting a new mobile slot machine called Leprechaun Goes to Hell, a worthy successor to the popular Leprechaun Goes to Egypt, another one of their games.
In each case, they’re taking the popular Irish theme and the leprechaun, its central character, and they’re mixing it with a potential destination. Here, we’re looking at a Hell themed game, one where the leprechaun arrives with his pot of gold.
The moving flames are visible at all times behind the reels, while the symbols that you’re getting will sport either the images of the chain themed poker cards, or those of potions, leprechauns, pots of gold, pitchforks, she-devils, hats and coins.
Play N Go is a company that’s hailing from Sweden, and a developer of high end titles. They offer quite a few popular titles, and they can make a boring theme look exciting, as is evident in this particular mobile slot. Their games are not only accessible on all platforms, they’re also offered in full HD quality and translated in 30 languages.
How To Play It
The game makes it easier than most to place a wager. Rather than using arrows to take a value up or down, sometimes even selecting lines and coins, you just need to click on a button with the right wager value, and it will be set. The range of these bets is not very high though, starting at $0.25 and reaching $5. Since the game offers 25 lines, we can easily guess the line bet’s range, of $0.01 to $0.20.
The betting system and the way it gives you a number of different values, is the only major difference between this game and any other from its class. In every other way, it’s a normal mobile slot.
The image of Evilene, the attractive she-devil, is going to be used as a bonus game trigger. Having three Evilene symbols is required in order to activate the feature, which is called Infernal Bonus. You will get infernal free spins from it, and each time you get a Love symbol to appear on its reels, one additional round will be added to the total.
The infernal spins also have a temperature meter, which can increase and which can take you to a jackpot. There is a different set of reels being used here, one where only 5 lines are available, but also only five symbols to form combinations, the poker cards being removed.
Two different symbols may act as wilds in this game, the ones with images of Leprechaun and Evilene. These can form their combinations, paying up to $600. Having both types of wilds contribute to a win will double its value.
The scatter isn’t missing either, and it has the image of a pot of gold, one which you need visible in at least three spots to get its reward and its 10 free spins. The 2x multiplier that is present at the beginning can go up to as much as 10x, if additional sets of 3+ scatters appear over the course of the free spins.
The slot will have regular winning combinations of up to $600, and multiplied ones during the free spins which can reach $6,000. Even better, there are four progressive jackpots that you could win, each one associated with a different card suit and displayed at the top.
Leprechaun Goes to Hell is an entertaining game, not just because it has a good theme, but also because the features were built in a different style than in most mobile slots.
